PokeSurvivor is a fast-paced action roguelite about staying mobile while your partner Pokemon attacks automatically. Move through enemy swarms, collect experience crystals, and choose upgrade cards that shape your build during each run.

How to Play PokeSurvivor

Your Pokemon fires its equipped move on cooldown, so your main job is positioning. Circle around the swarm instead of backing into a corner, and watch for red warning rings and directional lines that signal incoming attacks. Support enemies that shield or heal their allies should be high-priority targets before the group becomes harder to manage.

Experience crystals fill your level gauge. Each level-up offers three cards: a new move, an upgrade for an active attack, or a passive stat boost. You can hold up to four skills, but only one active move fires at a time. Switch between equipped moves with the number keys, Q and E, or the move icon to respond to enemy formations and elemental matchups.

Weather changes during a run can strengthen or weaken particular move types. Rare legendary rifts send your team into dangerous arenas against legendary bosses, so check your current health and damage output before entering. A focused build is usually more reliable than spreading upgrade cards across too many skills; max an eligible move to level 5 and choose its required stat card in the same run to unlock its golden evolution card. For example, Ember can evolve into Fire Blast, while Bubble can become Surf.
