Snooker Online brings the refined discipline of championship cue sports to your web browser. You take to a full-sized 22-ball table, following authentic tournament rules that require potting red and colored balls in strict alternating sequence.

About Snooker Online

Snooker Online models the precise geometric challenges of professional snooker. The table begins with 15 red balls racked in a triangle, surrounded by 6 colored balls positioned on designated spots.

Points accumulate based on each potted ball value, starting with 1 point for each red ball and rising from 2 points for yellow up to 7 points for black. Potted colored balls return to their original table spots until all reds have been cleared, demanding careful positional cue control on every shot.

How to Play Snooker Online

Start the frame from the D-shaped balk area. Aim the cue stick using the mouse, drag backward to set stroke power, and release to take your shot.

You must hit and pocket a red ball first before targeting a colored ball. Once the final red ball leaves the table, you must pocket the remaining colored balls in strict ascending order: yellow, green, brown, blue, pink, and black. Hitting the wrong ball or scratching awards penalty points to your opponent.

Tips for Snooker Online

  • Position the cue ball for the next color. Sinking a red is useless if you leave the cue ball stranded far from high-scoring colors.
  • Learn the point scale. Black awards 7 points while yellow awards only 2; prioritize black and pink when setting up break sequences.
  • Play safety shots when snookered. If no clear shot to a legal ball exists, tap the cue ball into a safe position along the cushion.

Game Controls

  • Mouse movement: Aim the cue stick
  • Left mouse button: Drag backward to select power, release to strike
  • Ball icon: Click to apply top, back, or side spin to the cue ball
  • Cue ball drag: Reposition cue ball inside the D area when allowed
